"I have quite a few broken capillaries and general redness due to rosacea and sensitivity, mostly due to recent medication. Once I cleanse my face, this toner brightens and evens out my skin tone. I was only using once a week at first as it stung a little so I wanted to give my skin time to adjust. I needn’t have, I’m using it every night and noticing a real difference.
